How long until I get an answer from support?

Support staff is on duty during Swiss office hours (Monday – Friday / 07:00 – 18:00). The systems and the incoming tickets are, however, getting monitored at all times, and Severity 1 issues will be handled as soon as possible.
You should receive an initial, human, meaningful reply to your support request within one workday. The speed is depending on our current load and availability of support workers who speak the requesters language.
